Brightwork Media keeps this simple: we collect the minimum we need to reply to you and do the work, and we don't sell or share it.

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, business name if you give one, what you need, and the message you write. That's all the form sends.
• Email: whatever you choose to include when you email us directly.
• Project material: footage, audio, and brand assets you send us for production, held for the duration of the engagement plus an archival window we agree with you.

The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver your work, and invoice you. Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it lives

Enquiries are stored on infrastructure we operate in Australia. Access is limited to the people doing the work.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where the law requires it.

Your work stays yours

Your source material and the deliverables we produce for you belong to you. We only showcase client work publicly with written permission.

Access and removal

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action it within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
